Teams that benefit the most from NCAA's eligibility changes - 247Sports Teams that benefit the most from NCAA's eligibility changes - 247Sports Posted: 31 Aug 2020 11:45 AM PDT College football roster construction underwent a massive change last week when the NCAA Board of Governors announced the 2020 season would not count against a player's eligibility clock. Programs can carry up to 85 scholarship players in normal circumstances. Under the new rules, the 2021 season could conceivably see up to 110 scholarship players on a roster. The impact of this shift will reverberate widely: Financially, structurally and from a pure depth chart perspective. "We get some good seniors back … and a year of development for younger players."

The city has a colorful marketplace, a distinct local cuisine, olive presses, and spice shops. It is the largest Arab city in Israel, with about 60 percent of its inhabitants Muslim and 40 percent Christian. Last December, another element was added to the city's lively cultural mix: a Festival of Liturgy to mark the Christmas season. The festival, intended to be an annual event, is the brainchild of a Christian native of Nazareth, Nabeel Abboud Ashkar, and is the climax of years he has spent trying to bring Western classical music into the lives of Arab young people in Galilee and the rest of Israel. When he was a boy, Ashkar's parents
