Country Music Festival Coming To Buffalo, New York

The summer concert season has officially arrived in Western New York and beyond. Virtually every single week and weekend from now through the beginning of September features huge artists at the biggest venues in Toronto, Buffalo, and Rochester. This is officially one of the biggest and busiest concert seasons ever for the Niagara Region, and it's sure to be a ton of fun.

In particular, there are a lot of huge country music concerts coming to the area. That includes festivals. For Country Music lovers, this festival coming to Buffalo will be one they can not miss.

Country Festival Coming to Buffalo, New York

Old Dominion, Jon Pardi, Chris Janson, Chayce Beckham, Shaboozey, and Voyagr will all be part of the annual Buffalo Taste of Country Festival. It's happening on Friday, June 21 at Sahlen Field in downtown Buffalo. The show is presented by 106.5 WYRK and Toyota and has become a must-see event every summer for over 20 years. Country fans from across Western New York, Ontario, Canada, and around the United States will be coming out for the huge party. They tailgate all day in the lots surrounding the ballpark and party all evening!

The Lineup

CMA and ACM vocal group of the year: Old Dominion headlines the packed show. Joining them are Grand Ole Opry member Jon Pardi, singer-songwriter Chris Janson, American Idol winner Chayce Beckham, and TikTok sensation Shaboozey. There's also a local addition to the festival in Buffalo country band Voyagr, who won a contest called "Taste of Country Risers" to earn the right to open the show.

That's not all, either. This year there will be a DJ spinning music before the show and between each act to keep the party going. You can expect an amazing rendition of the "Star Spangled Banner" with a flyover. Plus, Taste of Country really is a who's who of Western New York with all sorts of celebrities, athletes, and public figures coming to the show. You never know who you'll see.

The Governors Ball Music Festival 2024 is just two weeks away so it's time to grab some tickets.

Headliners will include Post Malone, The Killers, SZA and Peso Pluma, June 7-9 in Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Flushing, New York.

Post Malone will perform on Friday as will Alejandro, Dominic Fike, Labrinth, Frarruko, Alex G, Got Babe, Yung Gravy, Teezo Touchdown, Flo, Ryan Beatty and more.

The lineup on Saturday includes The Killers and 21 Savage along with Carly Rae Jepsen, Sabrina Carpenter, Sexyy Red, TV Girl, Jess Murph, Doechii, Hippo Campus, P1Harmony and more.

SZA and Pluma will headline on Sunday. Other performers include Reneé Rapp, Don Toliver, Chappell Roan, Faye Webster, Kevin Abstract, Cannons, Stephen Sanchez, Beach Fossils and more.
