Remember to follow the Center for Disease Control COVID-19 guidelines of social distancing, wearing a mask, and washing your hands regularly. 2nd Annual Dirty Grass Soul New Year's Eve FestivalJoin Red's Watering Hole for the 2nd Annual DGS New Year's Eve Festival at Grassy Pond Arena in Gaffney, for the biggest New Year's Eve country concert in the Carolinas. The festival will take place at Grassy Pond Arena, 1524 Boiling Springs Highway, Gaffney. Live music will begin at noon Thursday. The music festival will feature Dirty Grass Soul, The Piedmont Boys, The Tyler Hatley Band, The First Ladies of Honkytonk, and more. General admission is $20; Camper/RV parking pass is $40. Spartanburg Little Theatre releases CD:"Wintry Mix: A Sparkle City Holiday Sampler" A Bluesy New Year's EveJoin the Spinning Jenny, 107 Cannon St., Greer, on New Year's Eve, to say, goodbye to 2020 and hello to a new year. A Bluesy New Year's Eve will feature music from Mac Arnold & A Plate Full O'Blues. Tickets are $30, plus a $1 process fee, and include an individual mini bottle of champagne, party favors, entrance into the concert, and a reserved seat. The doors will open at 7:30 p.m., and the show is scheduled to begin at 8:30 p.m. Tickets may be purchased at thespinningjennygreer.com/tickets. Act fast because tickets are very limited for this event. All state and local COVID guidelines will be followed. New Year's Eve Bowl•a•PaloozaCiclops Cyderi & Brewery, 197 E. Saint John St., Spartanburg, will be celebrating the much-anticipated end of the year and will help the Hot Spot Skate Park get a concrete bowl with its Bowl-a-Palooza. Trivia will begin at 6:31 with the topic: "The Year That Wasn't – things that didn't happen because of, well you know." Bowl-a-Palooza kicks off at 7 p.m. and will feature a New Year's Bowl Drop, New Year's toast with Bumpy-Berry-Chili Cider, Bowl dinner specials, raffles, and games. Broncos Main St Mexican Restaurant launches new locationJoin Broncos Main St. Mexican Restaurant for a New Year's Eve Bash at their new downtown location, 435 E. Main St., Spartanburg. Drink and food specials will begin at 5 p.m., and live music from locals Trevor Hewitt and Presley Bright will begin at 7 p.m. NYE at The WingSay Good Riddance to 2020 and welcome 2021 at Wild Wing Café, 111 W. Main St., Spartanburg. The celebration will kick off at 7 p.m. with John Atkins live onstage. All dinner specials will be available online, dine-in, or takeout.
