Huber Heights — Music & Event Management Inc., the company that manages The Rose Music Center in Huber Heights as well as Riverbend Music Center, PNC Pavilion, and the Taft Theatre in Cincinnati, has announced a new ticket refund plan due to the number of concerts that have been postponed or canceled due to COVID-19.
